Dans le cadre du Living Lab Autonom’lab, le pôle de compétitivité Elopsys, le CHU de Limoges avec l’appui de Limousin Expansion, associés aux régions Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, Rhône-Alpes et Midi-Pyrénées, ont été choisis par le gouvernement pour créer un Centre National de Référence « santé à domicile et autonomie ».

Luc Châtel, secrétaire d’Etat chargé de l’Industrie et de la Consommation, Porte-parole du Gouvernement, en a fait l’annonce le 22 mai dernier à Nice.

Le Centre National de Référence aura pour objectif l’amélioration de la qualité de vie des citoyens, l’émergence de nouvelles organisations et solutions innovantes ainsi que le développement de la compétitivité de la filière « santé à domicile et autonomie ». Dans ce cadre, l’une de ses missions principales, sera de donner « toutes les informations nécessaires au développement et à la diffusion de solutions concernant la prise en charge de la santé à domicile, notamment des personnes âgées et de l’autonomie », aux acteurs du secteur, et en particulier aux PME.

L’instauration d’un dialogue entre les acteurs académiques, industriels, du monde de la santé et les utilisateurs, la coordination d’initiatives collectives, la contribution à la normalisation, le suivi des évolutions légales et réglementaires, la formation, la veille et le conseil feront partie également de ses attributions.

Le Centre National de Référence reposera sur une organisation en réseau de centres experts et de centres relais répartis sur l’ensemble du territoire, et animés par les quatre territoires fédérés. Il implique quatre pôles de compétitivité : Elopsys, Cancer-Bio-Santé, SCS, Minalogic, ainsi que quatre CHU : Limoges, Toulouse, Nice et Grenoble. Il aura son siège à Nice.

Pour le Pôle de compétitivité Elopsys et le CHU de Limoges, cette annonce symbolise la reconnaissance des acteurs de la région Limousin, comme terre d’expérimentation et d’évaluation de produits et services innovants regroupés au sein du Living Lab Autonom’Lab.

The establishment of a dialogue between the academic and the industrial actors, the world of the health and the users, the coordination of collective initiatives, the contribution to the standardization, the follow-up of the legal and statutory evolutions, the training, the competitive intelligence and the advice will also be a part of its remits.

The National Reference center will be based on a networked organization of expert centers and intermediary centers spread out on the whole territory, and stimulated by four federate territories. It implies four competitiveness cluster: Elopsys, Cancer-Bio-Santé, SCS, Minalogic, as well as four CHU: Limoges, Toulouse, Nice and Grenoble. Its headquarters will be in Nice.
